A huge thank you to the staff at the Bamyan office of Help. Help is a wonderful NGO and development organisation from Germany that works in Bamyan to improve economical development. Their staff act as marshals for the Marathon of Afghanistan and provide the use of a number of their vehicles and equipment to make the race possible.
